Education
Gary graduated from Atlantic City High School in 1970. He obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Law Enforcement from Atlantic Community College in 1972. Gary then continued his education, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Stockton State College in 1977.
Gary graduated from the basic police academy course at Atlantic County Police Academy in 1974. He also graduated from the West Point Command and Leadership Program in 1995, and the FBI National Academy 192nd session in 1998. Gary has also earned 15 credits through the University of Virginia’s Criminal Justice Program.
